To voice label a segment or structure, hover over the element you wish to label and select the pencil icon to edit the name. 

Next, select the microphone icon and begin to voice label your segment or structure. Tap done once you have finished labeling.

You may have to enable voice dictation in your settings on your phone to be able to use this feature in the app and allow PLNAR to use audio.
