In order to measure the height of doors or openings, you must first complete your perimeter and elevate the walls to the height of the ceiling.

Next you will mark off doors/openings by placing points on both sides measuring the width and then label the segment a door/opening. 

Now you can use the arrow button when you hover over the segment to bring it up vertically to measure the height.
