How to create a custom Project Report

Customize PLNAR project reports with the Pro Report Builder. Exclude sections, remove photos, and display just the data you need.

We understand the power of building your own reports to capture the data that's uniquely meaningful to your business. For this, we offer the PLNAR Pro Custom Report Builder, built right into the project exporter interface.

Locating the Custom Report Builder Interface:

1. Select the project you wish to export from the project list. The project detail view will display.

Note: projects must be in an "unlocked" state to access project details and the project exporter interface

2. Locate the blue EXPORT button at the top right of the project details view. Click to launch the project export interface.

3. To create a custom report, tap the link located under the Pro Report (PDF) checkbox. 

Note: The exporter can be used to download a variety of project related assets. Full project reports are exported by default.

Creating & exporting custom reports

The Report Builder is organized in three sections:

General Settings;
Report Sections;
Photo Gallery;

Edit your report name and add branding using the General Settings tab:

Note: You can brand all reports by adding your logo to the My Company page. Learn more.

Include / exclude plans, detailed measurements, and more, using Report Section tab:

Include / exclude project photos using the Photo Gallery tab:

Once you're satisfied with your edits and selected content, click GENERATE PDF to create & download your custom PDF report.
